Wembley StadiumSeating Guide: Where to Sit & Best Seats

Wembley Stadium is England's 90,000-seat national stadium and the second-largest in Europe — home to England internationals, the FA Cup final, NFL London games, and some of the world's biggest concerts. The bowl is a three-tier design: the lower tier (blocks 101–144), the middle Club Wembley tier (blocks 201–252, all premium hospitality) and the upper tier (blocks 501–552). Blocks are numbered clockwise from the halfway line. The best general views are the lower-tier long sides at the halfway line; Club Wembley offers the best comfort and sightlines; the upper tier is the best value with panoramic views.

Configurations

Football (England, FA Cup, EFL finals)

Full bowl. Lower-tier long-side blocks at the halfway line (around 101–105 and 130s) give the most balanced view; the ends (behind the goals) are louder but more end-on. Away fans are allocated one end for finals and internationals.

NFL (London Series)

A regular NFL London host. Sideline seats (long sides) run parallel to the line of scrimmage — the premium NFL angle — while the ends sit behind the end zones. Club Wembley and lower-tier sidelines are best.

Concerts

End-stage setup (stage typically at one end). The pitch becomes a standing floor (front pitch standing is closest) plus seated blocks; the lower tier facing the stage and Club Wembley give the best seated views. Blocks behind and beside the stage are restricted-view or withheld.

Rugby league & boxing

Hosts the Rugby League Challenge Cup final and major boxing. Rugby uses the full pitch (long-side seats best); boxing is centre-ring, where lower-tier and pitch-side seats are closest.

Seating levels explained

Lower tier (Level 1)

Blocks 101–144

The lowest, closest tier wrapping the pitch.

Pros: Closest to the action and the loudest atmosphere; long-side halfway blocks give a balanced, immersive view.

Cons: Low sightline makes the far side harder to read; behind-goal and corner blocks are more end-on; front rows can have pitch-side hoardings in view.

Club Wembley (middle tier)

Blocks 201–252 (premium)

The entire middle tier, reserved for Club Wembley premium and hospitality members.

Pros: The best seats in the stadium — padded seats, wider concourses, dedicated lounges and catering, and a clean, central, unobstructed view across the whole pitch.

Cons: Premium / membership only; not sold as standard general admission.

Upper tier (Level 5)

Blocks 501–552

The highest tier — the most economical general seating.

Pros: Cheapest seats with a complete, panoramic view of the whole pitch; central upper blocks read the game best.

Cons: Furthest from the action and high up; corner and top-row 500s are the most remote seats.

Seats to avoid & obstructed views

  • Blocks behind and beside a concert stage: Restricted or no view of the stage; usually sold as restricted-view or withheld.
  • Top rows and corners of the upper tier (500s): The highest and most remote seats from the action.
  • Behind-goal lower-tier blocks for football: End-on angle makes the far end of the pitch harder to follow than long-side seats.
  • Front-row lower-tier seats: Pitch-side hoardings, photographers and officials can intermittently block the lowest view.

Named lounges and private boxes offering fine dining, pre-event access and exclusive viewing for matches, NFL and concerts.

Accessibility & companion seating
