Where to eat during LEAP
Business events at Riyadh Front and the adjacent RICEC sit in the northeast near the airport, while most dining clusters along Olaya, Tahlia and the Northern Ring; allow 20-30 min by car. Riyadh has no Michelin guide, so these are reputation picks. Note dinner runs late locally.

Getting there
From King Khalid International Airport (RUH)
- The Malham venue sits north of the city, about a 25–35 minute drive from RUH via Route 65 outside event peaks
- Uber, Careem and Bolt all pick up at RUH arrivals, alongside licensed airport taxis; fares to Malham-area or north-Riyadh hotels are moderate by international standards but surge during LEAP peaks
- There is no rail link to Malham — plan on road transfers for the whole trip
- Many international flights land late at night; hotels in the airport corridor make a same-night check-in painless before an early first day
From central Riyadh and regional arrivals
- From Olaya, KAFD or downtown hotels, budget 45–60 minutes to Malham in normal traffic and more during show peaks
- Riyadh Metro's six lines cover the central business districts but do not extend to Malham, so the metro helps with evening plans rather than the venue commute
- Saudi Arabia Railways trains from Dammam and Qassim arrive at Riyadh's stations, from which it is a 40–60 minute drive north to the venue
- GCC visitors driving in should expect heavy traffic on Route 65 approaching the venue at opening and closing times

Visa-free / visa on arrival
- GCC citizens (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) enter Saudi Arabia without a visa
- Nationals of the 60-plus eVisa-eligible countries — including the US, UK, all Schengen states, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, China and Canada — can generally also obtain a visa on arrival, though applying online in advance is faster at the airport
- Holders of a valid, used US, UK or Schengen visa (any nationality) qualify for the eVisa route or visa on arrival when flying a Saudi-based airline
eVisa / visa required
- The Saudi eVisa (visit visa) is open to 60-plus nationalities, is issued online, and covers attending events such as LEAP; it does not permit employment
- Nationalities outside the eVisa list need an embassy-issued visit visa, typically supported by an invitation — start this process well before the event
- Business-specific visit visas arranged through a Saudi host company are an alternative for delegations from non-eligible countries
