When one hotel cannot take the whole team we use a split hotel strategy: we place your colleagues in two or more hotels a short walk from each other, keep every guest in their own room and match each stay to their own arrival and departure dates. You get one quote and one invoice for all of it.

Every hotel we offer comes with its distance to the exhibition centre. On our fair pages hotels are ranked by distance to the halls and show an estimated walking time for hotels within about a kilometre and a ride time beyond that, so your team knows exactly what the daily commute looks like before you book.

Yes. Stand builders often arrive days before the fair opens and senior staff may only come for one or two days. We price each guest on their own dates and still give you one combined quote.

Yes. You get one itemised business tax invoice made out to your company name with your VAT, ABN, GST or other tax number, so the booking can go straight into your accounts. Anything you charge to the room at the hotel, such as breakfast, parking or the minibar, appears on the hotel’s own folio at check out.

Where we can, we secure a corporate hotel rate below the standard public price and show you both, so the saving is visible. Rates are usually room only, with breakfast available at an extra cost, and local city tax is paid at the hotel.

A hotel room block is a set number of rooms a hotel holds for a group at an agreed rate, usually under a contract with a cut off date and an attrition clause, which means paying for rooms the group does not use below an agreed level. Most stand teams and delegations do not need one. We book a named room for each guest instead, so you only pay for the rooms your team actually uses, and the cancellation terms for every room are shown in your quote.

If your fair requires exhibitors to book through its official housing provider, follow that rule. Otherwise many teams come to us when the official hotels are full, when they want hotels closer to the halls, when guests have different dates, or when they simply want one contact and one invoice for the whole team.
