30 Nov – 3 Dec 2027 Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) 80,518 attendees
Marintec China is one of the world's foremost maritime and shipbuilding exhibitions, held biennially at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in the Pudong district. Over four days it brings together shipbuilders, marine engineers, classification societies, equipment makers and shipping lines around themes of green shipping, smart vessels, propulsion and future marine energy, drawing a heavily international professional audience. For a hotel-booking traveller, SNIEC's Pudong location is the key fact: it sits in the modern eastern half of Shanghai, well connected by Metro Lines 7 and 2 and close to the Longyang Road transport interchange, where the Maglev from Pudong airport terminates. That makes Pudong hotels near the venue and the Lujiazui financial district convenient bases, while the metro links downtown Puxi for those preferring the historic city centre. The venue is large and split across multiple halls, so planning your entrance and route in advance is worthwhile.
Popular areas for attendees: Longyang Road/Kerry Pudong · Century Park · Lujiazui.
