From Kraków (KRK) or Warsaw (WAW)
- The organiser recommends Kraków Airport (KRK), 120 km away and about 1 hour 20 minutes by car, and Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW), 180 km away and about 2 hours via the S7 expressway
- It suggests hiring a car at the airport or travelling on by direct train
- Direct trains reach Kielce from Kraków in about 1 hour 30 minutes, from Warsaw in about 2 hours 20 minutes and from Wrocław in about 3 hours 10 minutes; check connections on the PKP website
- Masłów airfield next to Kielce takes only small planes, light aircraft and helicopters
By road
- Expo Kielce is at Zakładowa 1, 25-672 Kielce, with direct access from the Kielce ring road: take the exit at the junction of the S7 expressway and national road 74
- Signs on the ring road and city streets lead to the exhibition grounds and car parks
- Outdoor parking is on the fairgrounds next to the East Entry Terminal and the West Entry Terminals
- Kielce railway station and bus station are about a 10 minute ride from the exhibition centre, and the organiser recommends a taxi for that hop

- MPK Kielce buses 21 and 25 stop at Targi Kielce, and lines 54 and 112 stop at Batalionów Chłopskich / Zakładowa
- A taxi or ride-hailing trip (Uber, Bolt or a local taxi) from the city centre and railway station area costs about PLN 20 to 25, according to the organiser
- In 2026 the halls were open 10:00 to 17:00, closing at 15:00 on the last day; the 2027 hours were not yet published when we checked

City centre, station area or Kraków?
- The city centre has the widest choice of hotels and restaurants, a short taxi ride from the fairground
- Hotels by the railway station suit anyone arriving by direct train from Kraków, Warsaw or Wrocław
- Hotels in the north-west of Kielce, around Niewachlów and Zakaplica, are closest to Expo Kielce
- If Kielce is full, Kraków is about 1 hour 30 minutes away by direct train, a long but workable daily trip for a short visit
Do you need a visa for MSPO?

- Poland is in the Schengen Area; EU, EEA and Swiss citizens travel with a passport or national ID card
- Citizens of the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and many other countries can visit the Schengen Area without a visa for up to 90 days in any 180 day period
- Non EU travellers are registered in the EU Entry/Exit System, fully operational since 10 April 2026, with fingerprints and a facial image taken at the border, so allow extra time at passport control
- ETIAS, the EU's planned travel authorisation for visa-exempt visitors, was not yet in operation when we checked; the EU says it will announce the start date several months ahead, so check before you fly
eVisa / visa required
- Nationals of countries such as India, South Africa and Türkiye (the 2027 Partner Nation) need a Schengen short stay (type C) visa; for Polish consulates you register your application through the e-Konsulat system
- Under EU rules you can apply no earlier than six months and at least 15 days before travel; standard processing takes 15 days and can be extended to 45
- Poland's foreign ministry asks visa applicants for medical travel insurance covering at least €30,000
