Breakbulk Middle East returns to the Dubai World Trade Centre on Tuesday 2 and Wednesday 3 February 2027, gathering the project cargo and breakbulk supply chain of the Gulf and beyond: shippers and cargo owners, EPCs, energy companies, freight forwarders, ports, carriers, heavy lift specialists and equipment providers. The organiser says its 10th edition in 2026 was a record, with more than 13,000 industry professionals, 270 exhibitors, 400+ global shippers and people from 125+ countries, and for 2027 the show expands into Hall 4, making it 21% larger. The free visitor ticket covers the exhibition and the Main Stage, and a new paid Premium Pass adds fast-track entry and a meetings lounge. The Trade Centre sits on Sheikh Zayed Road beside World Trade Centre station on the Red Line, so hotels next to the halls, in Downtown Dubai and DIFC, or a few stops away in Al Karama and Al Barsha all keep the commute simple. This page shows live hotel rates near the Dubai World Trade Centre for the show dates, which you can change. Your Breakbulk ticket is separate from your hotel booking, and Event Escapes is independent of the organiser.

From Dubai International Airport (DXB)

  • Follow the signs to the official taxi rank at each terminal; the organiser lists an AED 25 flag charge for taxis from the airport, plus a per kilometre rate
  • The Dubai Metro Red Line runs from Terminals 1 and 3 to World Trade Centre station, beside the venue; a Nol card works across the Metro and buses
  • Some flights use Al Maktoum International (DWC) in Dubai South, which is much further from the Trade Centre, so check your arrival airport before you book

  • Sheikh Zayed Road is busy at peak times, so the Metro is often quicker than a car at opening and closing

Around Dubai

  • Metered taxis are plentiful; the Trade Centre says fares start at AED 5, or AED 12 when pre-booked, and most taxis take cards
  • Evening receptions and client dinners often fill Downtown and DIFC restaurants during show week, so book ahead
