About Jumeirah Golf Estates (Earth Course)
The Earth Course opened in 2009 as Greg Norman's first design in the Middle East and immediately became the permanent home of the DP World Tour Championship, the season finale that decides the Race to Dubai. Routed through a lush, tree-lined landscape carved from the desert, it stretches to more than 7,700 yards with generous fairways, strategic water and a stadium par-5 closing hole built for drama. Part of the upscale Jumeirah Golf Estates residential community, it is a resort-style pay-and-play course open to visitors with a handicap.
