From Vigo Airport (VGO)
- IFEVI is next door to Vigo Airport: the organiser puts the fairground a 5 minute walk from the terminal along a pedestrian footbridge
- Vitrasa city bus line A links the airport with the city centre, the Estación Marítima and the Urzáiz rail and bus station; its stop is on the pavement outside Arrivals
- Vitrasa gives an average frequency of 36 minutes on weekdays, Saturdays and Sunday afternoons, and 60 minutes on Sunday mornings, so check the next departure on the screen at the terminal exit
- The organiser puts the fairground 13 km from the centre of Vigo, so allow for that ride when you choose a city hotel
From Santiago, Porto and by train
- The organiser lists Santiago de Compostela Airport (SCQ), 90 km away, and Porto Airport (OPO) in Portugal, 140 km away, as the other airports for Conxemar
- Trains and intercity buses arrive at the Vialia intermodal station in central Vigo, which the organiser puts 13 km from the fairground

Getting to IFEVI each day
- In 2026 the organiser ran a free bus for exhibitors and visitors on three routes from hotels in Vigo, with morning departures from about 08:00 to 10:59 and returns to the hotels at 18:00 on Tuesday and Wednesday and 16:30 on Thursday; check the 2027 timetable on the organiser's travel page before you book
- The 2026 routes stopped in the city centre (García Barbón, Urzáiz and the Areal), along Beiramar and in Samil and Coia, so a hotel near one of those stops makes the morning easy
- Parking is free on every fair day: IFEVI has 1,415 spaces, the airport car park has 1,000 spaces on floors -3 and -4 linked by the footbridge, and Vigoparking has 400 spaces 200 m from the fairground, according to the organiser
- Fair hours for 2027 are 10:00 to 18:00 on Tuesday and Wednesday and 10:00 to 16:00 on Thursday, according to the organiser
