Fi Africa, the Food ingredients Africa exhibition run by Informa Markets, comes to the Egypt International Exhibition Center in Cairo from Tuesday 1 to Thursday 3 June 2027, open from 10:00 to 19:00 each day. Launched in 2021 and held every year, it is co-located with ProPak MENA, so one badge covers food and beverage ingredients alongside processing and packaging. Sectors include additives, health and nutrition, dairy, bakery, beverages, fruit and vegetable products, herbs and spices, flavours, colours and aromas, protein enriched ingredients, essential oils and cereal and grain products, with a hosted buyer programme, matchmaking and the Fi Talks agenda. The organiser expects more than 400 exhibiting companies. The exhibition centre is on the eastern side of Cairo, about 20 minutes by car or taxi from Cairo International Airport, the organiser says, so hotels in New Cairo, Nasr City and Heliopolis keep the daily trip short, with Downtown Cairo further out. - The organiser says the metro does not reach the Fifth Settlement directly; take Metro Line 3 to Abbasiya or Al-Ahram, then continue by bus or microbus
