12 June – 18 June 2027 Orange County Convention Center 31,000 attendees
InfoComm 2027 brings the professional audiovisual industry to Orlando's Orange County Convention Center from 12–18 June, with conference programming through the week and the show floor — plus co-located RESIDE and Lightapalooza — concentrated in the final three days, 16–18 June. It is North America's largest pro-AV event: around 31,000 systems integrators, AV designers, IT and unified-communications managers, live-event technicians and venue operators working through display walls, audio demo rooms and control systems. The OCCC sits on International Drive, a resort corridor with enormous hotel supply, yet the walkable properties around the convention district still sell through first because June also brings peak theme-park season to Orlando. This page carries live bookable rates for hotels along International Drive and the surrounding convention district for the InfoComm dates, so you can separate genuine show-week value from tourist-season pricing.

The dining you'll want clusters along International Drive and Restaurant Row (Sand Lake Rd), both minutes from the Orange County Convention Center. Steakhouses fill up when a big convention is in town, so reserve early, and note most upscale rooms don't open until 4-5pm.

International Drive within walking distance of the OCCC is the prime zone, with the convention-district hotels immediately around the West and North-South buildings the most convenient. Lake Buena Vista works for attendees combining the trip with family park days, at the cost of a 20–30 minute commute.
Orlando's vast hotel supply keeps absolute prices gentler than most convention cities, but June is peak leisure season, so show-week rates on I-Drive still climb meaningfully above spring levels. Walkable properties carry the premium; the savings grow the further down I-Drive you go.
Two to four months ahead usually secures good walkable options, earlier if you need multiple rooms for a team during exhibit days. Because June is family-holiday high season, last-minute availability skews to the far ends of International Drive.
Orlando International (MCO), about 20–25 minutes by road from the convention district. Orlando Sanford (SFB) serves some low-cost carriers, and Tampa (TPA) is a 90-minute-drive fallback when MCO pricing spikes.
No — InfoComm 2027 runs 12–18 June overall, but that span includes early-week conference sessions and training, with the exhibit halls open for the final three days, 16–18 June. Plan your hotel nights around which programme elements you are attending.
