InterClassics Maastricht, the classic car show that opens the collector car year, returns to MECC Maastricht from Thursday 14 to Sunday 17 January 2027 for its 32nd edition. The organiser expects more than 300 exhibitors showing some 800 pre-war cars, classics, youngtimers and modern sports and luxury cars, and the 2027 show is dedicated to the centenary of the Mille Miglia, the Italian road race first run in 1927. The 2026 edition set a visitor record of 44,323, with cars changing hands on many stands. It is a public show with day tickets for everyone, so it suits enthusiasts, collectors, buyers, car clubs and dealers alike. MECC Maastricht sits in Randwyck, 250 metres from Maastricht-Randwyck station, with buses every five minutes from the city centre and Maastricht Central Station. How do you get to InterClassics Maastricht?
By air
- The organiser puts Maastricht Aachen Airport (MST) 10 kilometres from MECC Maastricht, reachable by car, taxi or bus within 15 minutes
- MECC also lists Brussels, Düsseldorf, Eindhoven, Brussels South Charleroi and Cologne Bonn airports as all within a 1.5 hour drive
- MECC works with Jacobs Travel for transfers at fixed rates, and notes that Uber can be booked at any hour
- If you fly into a larger airport, check the Dutch, Belgian or German rail planners for a train to Maastricht before you book a transfer
By train and road
- Maastricht-Randwyck station is 250 metres from MECC Maastricht, and regular services connect it with Maastricht Central Station and the national rail network
- MECC says the Three Country Train (RE18) has run direct between Liège, Maastricht, Heerlen and Aachen since 2024, with tickets on the NS website

Getting to MECC each day
- On average a bus leaves every five minutes from Maastricht city centre and Maastricht Central Station to the Forum MECC stop at the venue
- In the Netherlands you can check in and out on buses and trains with a contactless bank card or phone (OVpay), and MECC says foreign Mastercard and Visa cards work too
- Hotels in Randwyck are the closest to the halls, and Maastricht-Randwyck station puts hotels along the rail line within easy reach
- Accessible parking is in P4 near the main entrance (six spaces) and in P1 (two on each floor, next to the lifts), on presentation of a disabled parking card
Around Maastricht and the region
- Bicycle parking is free, under the Maastricht Passage next to the main entrance, and OV-fiets bikes and e-bikes can be hired at Maastricht-Randwyck station
- MECC suggests P+R Maastricht Noord if you drive in from farther away: park there and take the bus to the venue
- Valkenburg and other South Limburg towns make a quieter base for a long weekend at the show, a short drive from Maastricht
- If you stay in Aachen, Heerlen or Liège, the Three Country Train runs direct to Maastricht, where you can change for Maastricht-Randwyck or take the bus to MECC
Do you need a visa for InterClassics Maastricht?
