MIR, the Multimedia Integration Expo run by Italian Exhibition Group, returns to the Rimini Expo Centre from Sunday 4 to Tuesday 6 April 2027. It is Italy's B2B show for audio, video and lighting technology and services, for people who work in live events, broadcast, corporate AV, retail, museums and education, and its format is hands on: in Live You Play, the stages, rigging, sound, lights and video are switched on and installed as for a real concert, there are immersive rooms and an outdoor Sound Power area, AV Connect covers professional audio video and system integration, and MIR Club brings the DJ and club scene together. The 2026 edition filled 10 halls with more than 140 exhibiting companies and 250 brands and Italian Exhibition Group says the show takes place every year. The Expo Centre sits on Via Emilia on the northern side of Rimini, with its own railway station, Riminifiera, 50 metres from the South Entrance on show days. - Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport (BLQ) is about 120 km away on the A14 motorway; Shuttle Italy Airport runs a daily service between the airport and Rimini, stopping at Rimini station and Via Fada
- From Forlì Airport (FRL), about 50 km away, take bus line 7 to Forlì station and then a train to Rimini or Riminifiera
- From Milan, Rome, Venice, Treviso and Bergamo airports the organiser points you to the train, with high speed services via Bologna Centrale
By train and car
- Riminifiera station sits inside the fairground on the Milan to Bari line, about 50 metres from the South Entrance, and only operates on exhibition days; check trenitalia.com before you travel
- From Rimini's main station, bus line 9 runs to the Via Emilia Fiera stop, and regional trains run to Riminifiera
- Drivers leave the A14 Bologna to Bari to Taranto motorway at Rimini Nord, about 6 km from the venue, which has more than 11,000 parking spaces
- The entrance for visitors in 2026 was the South Entrance at Via Emilia 155, which the organiser also gives as the address for your satnav

Getting to the Expo Centre each day
- City buses run by Start Romagna serve the fair: line 9 from Rimini station, line 5 from San Mauro Mare in the north and line 10 from Miramare in the south; these are paid services
- Metromare, the dedicated bus route between Rimini and Riccione stations, takes 23 minutes and runs about every 15 minutes, the organiser says; change at Rimini station for line 9
- Taxis serve the Expo Centre from anywhere in Rimini on +39 0541 50020, and Shuttle Italy Airport offers a car with driver
- Lime and Bit Mobility shared e-scooters and e-bikes run in Rimini, with parking areas at the South Entrance and in the West 1 and 2 car parks

- Under EU rules you can apply no earlier than six months and at least 15 days before travel; standard processing takes 15 days and can be extended to 45
- If you need an invitation letter for your visa, ask the exhibitor you are meeting or the organiser well before your consulate appointment
