Print4All, the Italian trade fair for printing and converting technology, returns to Fiera Milano in Rho from Tuesday 25 to Friday 28 May 2027. Organised by Fiera Milano and promoted by the Italian printing machinery and graphic supplier associations ACIMGA and ARGI, it brings together printing, finishing, converting, corrugated and label technology, and the 2025 edition drew 20,297 professionals from 68 countries and 245 exhibitors. From 2027 the fair moves from a three year to a two year cycle, and it now runs on its own dates rather than alongside IPACK-IMA and the other shows of The Innovation Alliance. Plans for 2027 include the Corrugated Experience, a new Print Matter(s) area on innovative materials developed with Sapienza University of Rome, and Print4Future for young people. The fairground is on the north west edge of Milan at the end of metro line M1, so for Print4All hotels the choice is between Rho and Pero next to the halls and central Milan, from Cadorna and the Duomo to Porta Nuova, all a metro or suburban train ride away. This page shows live hotel rates near Fiera Milano Rho for your dates; entry to the fair is arranged with the organiser and is separate from your hotel booking.

Popular areas for attendees: Rho Fiera · Cadorna/Sempione · Milan City Centre (Duomo) · Porta Nuova/Garibaldi.

Where should you eat during Print4All?

Fiera Milano Rho lies northwest of the centre, 20-30 minutes by metro (M1 red line). Business dining concentrates in the city around Brera, Porta Nuova and the Duomo; save the traditional trattorie for when you have a proper evening free.

How do you get to Print4All?

From Milan's airports

  • From Malpensa (MXP), Fiera Milano's MIDO organiser suggests the Malpensa Express train to Milano Cadorna and then the red M1 metro to Rho Fieramilano; buses to the fairground also run
  • From Linate (LIN), take the blue M4 metro to San Babila and change to the red M1 for Rho Fieramilano
  • From Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY), take a bus to Milano Centrale, then the green M2 to Cadorna and the red M1 to Rho Fieramilano
  • Check airport transfers and any fair shuttle on the Print4All site closer to the date

By train or car

  • Rho Fieramilano station is on Milan's suburban rail link and is served by some regional, Trenitalia and Italo trains; check your timetable, as not every train stops there
  • Long distance trains also arrive at Milano Centrale, from where the M2 and M1 metro lines take you out to Rho
  • The fairground has more than 10,000 outdoor parking spaces; prices vary by show, so check the fair's own visitor information before you drive
  • The fairground address is Strada Statale del Sempione 28, 20017 Rho, Milan

How do you get around during Print4All?

Getting to Fiera Milano Rho each day

  • Take the red M1 metro to its Rho Fieramilano terminus, or an S5, S6 or S11 suburban train to Rho Fiera, the routes ATM lists for the exhibition centre
  • ATM says a Mi1 to Mi3 ticket (2.20 euros) covers the trip by metro or S line train; holders of an urban travel pass need a 1.70 euro supplement
  • The Cadorna and Duomo areas are on the M1 line, so the ride to the fair needs no change
  • Check the Print4All site for the 2027 hall plan and visitor entrances before your first day

Rho Fiera or central Milan?

  • Rho and Pero are closest to the halls and suit exhibitors with early starts and late finishes; check each hotel's position on the map before you book
  • Cadorna and the Duomo are on the M1 line, so a central hotel still gives you one metro ride to the fair, with restaurants close by in the evening
  • Porta Nuova and Garibaldi suit evening meetings in Milan's business district; check the metro or S line connection to Rho
  • Late May is a busy time for events in Milan, so book central hotels early if your dates are fixed

Do you need a visa for Print4All?

Visa-free / visa on arrival

  • Italy is in the Schengen Area; EU, EEA and Swiss citizens travel with a passport or national ID card
  • Citizens of the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and many other countries can visit the Schengen Area for business without a visa for up to 90 days in any 180 day period
  • Non EU travellers are registered in the EU Entry/Exit System, fully operational since 10 April 2026, with fingerprints and a facial image taken at the border, so allow extra time at passport control
  • ETIAS, the EU's planned travel authorisation for visa-exempt visitors, was not yet in operation when we checked; the EU says it will announce the start date several months ahead, so check before you fly

eVisa / visa required

  • Nationals of countries such as India, China, South Africa and Türkiye need a Schengen short stay (type C) visa, applied for through Italy's consulates or their appointed visa centres
  • Under EU rules you can apply no earlier than six months and at least 15 days before travel; standard processing takes 15 days and can be extended to 45
  • If you need an invitation letter for a visa, ask the exhibitor you are meeting or the Print4All organisers well before your consulate appointment

Documents to carry

  • A passport issued within the last ten years and valid for at least three months after you plan to leave the Schengen Area
  • Your Print4All entry pass or registration confirmation
  • Hotel booking and return travel details, plus copies of your visa supporting documents and travel medical insurance if you need a visa

Entry and visa rules change; check current requirements with the Italian embassy or consulate, or official EU sources, before you book.

First time at Print4All?

  • Print4All is a trade fair for printing and converting professionals; visitor registration, ticket prices and opening hours for 2027 are published on the organiser's site, which we could not read automatically, so check there before you travel
  • The 2025 edition focused on digitalisation, automation and sustainability, with special areas for corrugated board and new materials; the 2027 plans include the Corrugated Experience, Print Matter(s) and Print4Future
  • The fair runs Tuesday to Friday; in 2025 the Friday was set aside for welcoming young people and students, so expect a different crowd on the last day
  • Fiera Milano Rho is large, so wear comfortable shoes and check the hall plan for the stands you want to see before you arrive

Insider tips from repeat attendees

  • Print4All now runs every two years, with the Print4All Conference in the years between (the 2026 conference was in Varese in July), so the next fair after May 2027 is not expected until 2029
  • In 2025 Print4All ran alongside IPACK-IMA, GreenPlast and Intralogistica Italia; from 2027 each of those shows follows its own calendar, so check other events at Rho if you plan to combine visits
  • Exhibitors installing printing presses and converting lines often need several build days, so add the nights before 25 May if you are on stand duty
