16 June – 18 June 2027 Miami Beach Convention Center 15,000 attendees
WHX Miami, formerly known as FIME, is the leading medical and healthcare trade fair for the Americas, held each June at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Over three days it gathers manufacturers, distributors and buyers across medical devices, diagnostics, imaging, laboratory and hospital equipment, with a strong flow of professionals from the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean thanks to Miami's role as a gateway between the regions. For a hotel-booking traveller, the venue's South Beach setting is the defining feature: the convention center sits in the heart of Miami Beach amid a dense cluster of hotels, restaurants and the beach itself, but it is on the barrier island rather than the mainland, so airport transfers involve crossing a causeway. Miami International Airport (MIA) is the main gateway. Visitors typically stay in South Beach or Mid-Beach for walkability to the halls, using taxis, ride-hailing or the beach bus, as Miami's rail system does not reach the island.
Popular areas for attendees: South Beach · Mid-Beach / Collins Avenue · Downtown Miami.

Miami International Airport (MIA) is the main gateway, with strong US and Latin American connections. Fort Lauderdale (FLL) about an hour north is an alternative.
The convention center is about 12-15 km from MIA, roughly 25-40 minutes by car across a causeway. There is no direct train, so use a taxi, ride-hailing or the 150 bus.
South Beach and Mid-Beach near the convention center offer the most walkable options amid hotels, dining and the beach, avoiding daily causeway crossings.
Book early. June is a busy period on Miami Beach, and the fair adds to demand, so well-located island hotels fill and rates climb near the dates.
FIME was rebranded as WHX Miami under the World Health Expo banner, but it remains the same leading Americas medical and healthcare trade fair held at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
