Round 2 of 2027 heads to the fastest street circuit in Formula 1. The Jeddah Corniche Circuit threads along the Red Sea waterfront at average speeds that rival Monza — a night race where the walls are close, the lights are bright and the racing is rarely quiet.
At 6.174 km with 27 corners, Jeddah is the longest street circuit on the calendar and one of the fastest laps of the year, with long full-throttle sweeps between blind, quick changes of direction. Overtaking concentrates at the end of the three DRS zones, and safety cars are a regular feature — which is exactly why fans love it. The whole event runs at night on the corniche, with the sea on one side and the city on the other.
