Full detailAbout Groupama Stadium
The Groupama Stadium — also known as the Parc OL — holds around 59,000 and is the home of Olympique Lyonnais, built without a track so fans sit close to the pitch. OL’s ultras and loudest support fill the Virage Nord behind one goal, with a second lively virage at the south end, the main tribune on one side and the presidential/premium seating centrally. The floating roof, night lighting and steep tiers create a strong atmosphere, and central main-tribune seats give the best all-round view. It hosts French internationals, European finals and concerts too.
A modern, football-only arena opened in 2016 in Décines-Charpieu east of Lyon, with a lightweight roof that appears to float over the bowl and lights up at night. There is no running track, so the two-tier stands sit close to the pitch and the acoustics are sharp.

Back rows of the upper ring: Highest seats sit well back from the far goal in a big two-tier bowl.
Front of the behind-goal blocks: Low angle behind the net makes far-end play hard to judge.

Seats near the open roof edge: Wind-driven rain can reach the front rows where the canopy stops short.
Accessibility & companion seating
The modern stadium provides wheelchair and companion positions with step-free access, lifts and accessible facilities, bookable in advance through Olympique Lyonnais’ ticket service. Accessible parking and assistance are available on request.
Where: Wheelchair spaces are distributed around the lower tier including central and behind-goal positions.

Concession stands around the concourses handle the match-day snack offer, and in selected blocks you can order and pay through the Groupama Stadium app and pick a delivery time rather than queueing. Stands inside the stadium are cashless (bank card or MyOL card only); the outside podium stands also take cash. Fans may bring some food in, but boxes, utensils and bottles are not allowed.

The area
