Cosmofarma Exhibition, the annual event for the Italian pharmacy world, holds its 30th edition at BolognaFiere from Thursday 15 to Saturday 17 April 2027. Organised by BOS, a partnership between BolognaFiere Cosmoprof and Senaf, it brings pharmacists together with the companies that serve them across healthcare, beauty care, nutraceuticals and pharmacy services, with a full conference programme alongside the stands. The 2026 edition counted 400 companies, 150 conferences, 280 speakers and 28,284 registered attendances, and the 2027 theme, Intelligent Relationship, looks at how relational and artificial intelligence can work together in the pharmacy. BolognaFiere sits in the Fiera District, north east of the historic centre: buses 35 and 38 run from Bologna Centrale station to the West Entrance on Piazza Costituzione, and the Marconi Express links the airport with the station. - Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport (BLQ) is linked directly to Bologna Centrale station (Atrio Carracci) by the Marconi Express, according to the organiser
