Housing, the conference and exhibition that its organiser Ocean Media Group calls the event for the housing and wider living sector, returns to Manchester Central from Tuesday 22 to Thursday 24 June 2027. It brings together housing associations, local authorities, government agencies, housebuilders, developers, funders and their suppliers for three days of keynotes, partner theatres, fringe events and awards, alongside an exhibition floor the organiser puts at 350 exhibitors, and it says more than 9,000 housing professionals take part. For years it also served as the Chartered Institute of Housing's annual conference; since 2024 Ocean Media, which owns the event, has run it under its own Housing brand without the CIH as a headline participant. Access comes in two forms: a paid delegate pass for the keynote and partner theatres and delegate networking, and a visitor expo pass for the exhibition floor and its open stages. Manchester Central sits in the city centre, a few minutes on foot from the St Peter's Square tram stop, so a city centre hotel keeps you close, and the organiser expects June hotel demand to be high in 2027. This page shows live rates near Manchester Central for your dates; your pass comes from the organiser and is separate from your hotel booking.
