Getting there
From Harry Reid International Airport (LAS)
- The LVCC is only about 3.5 miles from the airport; a taxi or rideshare takes 15-25 minutes depending on Strip traffic
- Rideshare pickups (Uber/Lyft) are from designated zones in the terminal parking garages; expect surge pricing on the Monday before the show opens
- Taxis from LAS charge metered fares that typically land in the USD 20-35 range to the Convention Center District
- RTC public buses connect the airport to the Strip and downtown cheaply, but they are slow with luggage and do not serve the LVCC directly
Arriving from within the region by road
- Many California, Arizona and Utah attendees drive; the I-15 from Southern California is heavily congested on Sunday and Monday of show week
- LVCC parking exists but fills early on show mornings; most drivers park once at their hotel and use the monorail or rideshare instead
- If you are staying on the Strip, allow 30-45 minutes door-to-door by car at peak show times even for short distances
- Car hire is easy at LAS, but for a show concentrated at one venue most attendees do without a car entirely

Getting to the Las Vegas Convention Center daily
- The Las Vegas Monorail stops at the Convention Center station, linking the LVCC to Strip resorts from the Sahara down to MGM Grand every few minutes
- The Vegas Loop, the underground Tesla shuttle system, moves attendees between the LVCC's West, Central and South hall stations and nearby resorts such as Westgate and Resorts World
- Rideshare drop-off zones at the LVCC queue badly between 08:30 and 10:00 on show days; the monorail is usually quicker from mid-Strip
- If you stay in the Convention Center District or at Westgate, the halls are a 5-15 minute walk
Around Las Vegas
- Distances on the Strip deceive: resorts that look adjacent are often a 20-minute walk apart, so use the monorail for anything more than one property away
- Buy a multi-day monorail pass if your hotel is on the line; it beats single tickets by the second day
- Rideshare surge is fiercest at show close around 17:00-18:00 and after evening events; walking one resort away before requesting a car often halves the price
- February evenings are cool by Vegas standards, around 5-15 degrees Celsius, so bring a layer for waits at outdoor pickup zones
