16 Sept – 18 Sept 2026 Boston Convention and Exhibition Center 12,000+ attendees
INBOUND 2026 — rebranded UNBOUND for its fifteenth edition — returns to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in the Seaport District from 16 to 18 September 2026. HubSpot's flagship gathering draws more than 12,000 marketers, sales leaders, RevOps specialists, founders and creators, and its keynote spotlights have historically pulled headline names from tech, media and entertainment. The Seaport is a compact neighbourhood, and the handful of hotels within walking distance of the BCEC — along with the wider Fort Point and Financial District stock — are absorbed quickly once tickets go on sale, because nobody wants to commute across the Fort Point Channel at 8am for a keynote seat. This page carries live, bookable rates for hotels around the BCEC and across central Boston, so you can compare Seaport walk-to-venue options against better-value rooms in Back Bay or Downtown Crossing and lock one in before the September squeeze.
Popular areas for attendees: Seaport District · Downtown / Financial District · Back Bay.

The BCEC sits in the Seaport, which has grown into one of Boston's best eating districts - nearly everything below is within a 15-minute walk of the convention floor. Book client dinners early during big medical and tech conferences.
New American / farm-to-table
Seaport waterfront, ~12 min walk from the BCEC
Harbor-view dining room on the historic Pier 4 site, sourcing from the owner's own farm - polished but relaxed, with the skyline across the water. A strong client-dinner pick.
Tip: Time your reservation for sunset over the harbor.

Leather District, ~15 min walk or 5 min cab from the BCEC
One of America's most acclaimed sushi restaurants - a tiny room serving an extraordinary nigiri-driven omakase. The splurge dinner for closing a major deal.
Tip: Budget seriously; the omakase is priced like the event it is.

Fort Point, 10 min walk from the BCEC
The 'workingman's oyster bar' from the Island Creek team - impeccable oysters, lobster rolls and an outstanding beer list in an industrial Fort Point space.
Tip: The warm buttered lobster roll edges the cold one.

Seaport, 10 min walk from the BCEC
Lively modern-Greek meze spot in the heart of the Seaport - shareable plates that work well for team dinners, with a big after-work scene.
Tip: Order meze in waves rather than all at once.
Open in Google MapsSeafood shack
Waterfront, between the BCEC and downtown
A no-frills family lobster shack on the channel since 1925 - lobster rolls and clam chowder to eat on the harborwalk between sessions.
Tip: Counter service only; a quick lunch, not a lingering one.
Open in Google MapsBakery / cafe
Fort Point, 8 min walk from the BCEC
Joanne Chang's beloved bakery-cafe - sticky buns, excellent sandwiches and good coffee, and the most convenient quality breakfast near the convention center.
Tip: The sticky bun is famous for a reason; go before the mid-morning rush.

Boston is one of America's great sports cities: Fenway Park is a pilgrimage in itself, the Celtics and Bruins share TD Garden all winter, and Marathon Monday in April transforms the whole city.
Baseball at 1912-vintage Fenway Park is a bucket-list evening - the Green Monster seats and pre-game scene on Jersey Street are the classic experience.

Find ticketsThe world's oldest annual marathon takes over the city on Patriots' Day - inspiring to watch, but expect road closures and full hotels that weekend.

The Seaport District is the obvious first choice — several hotels sit within a 10-minute walk of the BCEC. Once those go, Fort Point and the Financial District are next best, with Back Bay a solid-value fallback around 30 minutes away by T and foot.
Seaport rates climb steeply for event week — often 1.5-2x normal September pricing, and September is already Boston's busy conference season. Rooms further from the venue in Downtown or Back Bay hold closer to normal rates.
As soon as you have a ticket. Walkable Seaport inventory is limited and September is peak season in Boston; three to five months out is sensible, and free-cancellation rates let you book early without risk.
Boston Logan (BOS) — it is about 3 miles from the venue, with a free Silver Line SL1 bus from all terminals to World Trade Center station near the BCEC. East Coast attendees should also consider Amtrak into South Station.
