5 Apr – 9 Apr 2027 The Venetian Expo 29,000 attendees
ISC West 2027 takes over The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas from 5-9 April, with SIA Education@ISC sessions opening the week before the exhibit hall's roughly 29,000 attendees hit the floor. It is North America's largest converged security trade show, covering video surveillance, access control, perimeter protection, drones, robotics and increasingly cybersecurity - the aisles mix systems integrators, dealers, corporate security directors, government buyers and law enforcement. The Venetian Expo connects directly to the Venetian and Palazzo resort towers, and that convenience shapes the hotel market: mid-Strip rooms within walking distance are the first to go once exhibitors lock in their blocks. This page keeps live bookable rates in view for hotels sorted by actual distance to the Venetian Expo, so you can judge the walk-versus-price trade-off with real numbers.
Popular areas for attendees: Las Vegas Strip (Central) · Venetian / Sands area · Convention Center District.

The Venetian and Palazzo are the obvious first choice since they connect directly to the expo halls. Otherwise target mid-Strip - Wynn, Treasure Island, The LINQ corridor and Harrah's - which keeps the commute to a 10-20 minute walk.
Mid-Strip rates climb sharply during the show - often one and a half to two times a normal midweek - and the Venetian complex itself is the most marked-up. Vegas pricing is dynamic, so early bookings beat late ones almost every time.
Two to four months out at minimum; exhibitors block-book the Venetian complex far earlier. Free-cancellation rates make immediate booking the rational default once you know you are going.
Harry Reid International (LAS) - it is the only commercial airport for Las Vegas and sits about 15-20 minutes from the Venetian Expo by taxi or ride-hail.
SIA Education@ISC is a paid conference programme that starts earlier in the week, while the exhibit hall - the show most people mean by ISC West - runs the final three days. Exhibit-hall-only passes are cheaper, so decide which days you need before booking flights.
