How do you get to SPS Italia?
Flying in
- Bologna Marconi (BLQ) and Milan Linate (LIN) airports are both less than an hour from the Parma fairground, according to Fiere di Parma
- Fiere di Parma also lists Milan Malpensa, Bergamo Orio al Serio and Verona within about an hour, and Parma's own Giuseppe Verdi airport, a few minutes' drive away, for some domestic connections
- From Bologna airport, the Marconi Express runs to Bologna Centrale in 7 minutes, its operator says, for trains on to Parma
- Taxis are the direct option from any airport if you arrive late or carry stand material
By train or car
- Parma station is on the Milan to Rome line, with more than 25 daily trains, Fiere di Parma says; the organiser also suggests Reggio Emilia AV Mediopadana for high speed Trenitalia and Italo trains, about 30 km from the venue
- Drivers from Milan on the A1, or from La Spezia on the A15, take the Parma Ovest exit and follow signs to the West gate, the organiser says
- Drivers from Bologna on the A1 take the Parma exit and follow signs to the South gate
- From the Parma Centro tollgate, a direct road reaches the exhibition centre in less than 5 minutes, according to Fiere di Parma
How do you get around during SPS Italia?
Getting to Fiere di Parma each day
- The fairground is at Viale delle Esposizioni 393a, on the northern edge of Parma
- A bus run by the City of Parma serves the fair (not free of charge); the stop is at the roundabout next to the South entrance, and the organiser lists buses every 15 minutes from 08:00 to 11:00 and 16:30 to 18:35, and every 30 minutes in between
- In 2026 the fair bus ran from Strada Mazzini in the centre via the station's west stop to the fairground, and back via the station's east stop, Barriera Saffi and Piazza Garibaldi
- Radio Taxi Parma is on 0521 252562, according to the organiser
