It is one of the busiest arenas in the world, hosting the Lakers, Kings, Sparks, major concerts and award shows.

Its three-tier bowl seats around 19,000 and is famous as the shared home of Lakers glamour, with championship banners and retired numbers, and the loud Kings hockey crowd.

Getting there
Transport
The Metro E (Expo) and A Lines stop at Pico station a short walk away, and numerous bus lines serve Figueroa Street. Several structured parking garages surround L.A. Live, but they fill and empty slowly on event nights, so transit or rideshare drop-off on Chick Hearn Court is often faster.
The area
The arena sits in South Park in downtown LA, ringed by the restaurants, bars, cinema and the Peacock Theater of L.A. Live, with the Convention Center and GRAMMY Museum next door. It is a lively pre- and post-event district with plenty to eat and drink within a block.
