Snack Show, the Paris trade show for fast food, food to go and Italian snacking that was long known as the Sandwich & Snack Show, returns on Wednesday 24 and Thursday 25 March 2027 in Pavilion 7.3 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, in the 15th arrondissement. Organised by RX France, it brings chain and independent restaurants, bakeries, travel retail, wholesalers and supermarket buyers together with suppliers of food products, packaging, equipment and foodtech, with Parizza+Gusto as its Italian area. The organiser counted 16,000 foodservice professionals and 450 exhibitors at the 26th edition in April 2026. It is a professional show: children and anyone under 18 are not admitted unless the organiser agrees in advance. Porte de Versailles is inside Paris, on Metro line 12 and tram T3a, so you can stay beside the halls or base yourself in Montparnasse or Saint-Germain and travel in each morning. This page shows live Snack Show hotel rates for your dates. Your show badge is arranged with the organiser and is separate from your hotel booking.
