About Club de Golf Alcanada
Club de Golf Alcanada opened in 2003 as Robert Trent Jones Jr's seaside creation on the northeast coast of Mallorca, overlooking the Bay of Alcúdia and the little island lighthouse that gives the course its identity. The par-72 layout rolls over gently elevated coastal ground with salt-tolerant Paspalum fairways, and the Alcanada lighthouse is in view from most of the eighteen holes. Widely rated the best course on the island, it hosts the Rolex Challenge Tour Grand Final, the season-ending event on Europe's second-tier tour. Best of all it is genuinely public — anyone can book a tee time and play one of the Mediterranean's most scenic rounds.
