About PGA Catalunya Resort — Stadium Course
The Stadium Course at PGA Catalunya Resort opened in 1999 to a design by Ángel Gallardo and Neil Coles, threading tight, tumbling holes through umbrella pines and heather in the Girona hinterland. It announced itself immediately by hosting the 1999 Sarazen World Open and has since staged three Spanish Opens and a modern DP World Tour Catalunya Championship, while topping national rankings for much of the past two decades. Now part of the rebranded Camiral Golf & Wellness resort, it pairs a genuinely testing championship layout with five-star lodging and a second Tour Course. Visitors can play throughout the year, with on-site resort guests enjoying tee-time priority.
