Yes - Finca Cortesin is a resort course open to visiting golfers, not a private members' club, so anyone can book a tee time. Guests of the on-site Finca Cortesin hotel receive priority and preferential rates, but outside visitors are welcome year-round. Numbers per day are deliberately limited to keep the course quiet and pristine.
How to book: Book online or by phone/email through the golf reservations office, or as part of a stay at the Finca Cortesin hotel for priority tee times. Reserve ahead in the spring and autumn high season, when Costa del Sol golf demand peaks. A GPS-equipped buggy is included in the green fee.
About Finca Cortesin Golf Club
Finca Cortesin, designed by Cabell Robinson and opened in 2007, quickly became one of continental Europe's premier resort courses, staging the Volvo World Match Play three times before hosting the 2023 Solheim Cup - the first ever held in Spain. Set on a vast estate in the hills above Casares, it stretches beyond 7,000 yards from the back tees across broad, immaculately conditioned fairways framed by the Sierra Bermeja and glimpses of the Mediterranean. Generous landing areas make it playable for all, but strong par 3s and slick greens give it championship teeth. Unlike its exclusive neighbours, Finca Cortesin sells green fees to visitors, with a GPS buggy included.
Signature hole
A run of demanding par 3s and elevated tees defines the round, with the closing holes climbing back toward the Andalusian hills and the Mediterranean shimmering in the distance.

Solheim Cup venue
In 2023 Finca Cortesin staged the first Solheim Cup ever held in Spain, retained by Europe in a 14-14 tie.

Dress code
Standard resort golf dress: collared shirt and tailored trousers or shorts; no denim. Soft spikes required.
Good to know
Green fees include a GPS buggy; caddies can be arranged with notice. The course is expansive with long transitions between some holes, so a buggy is genuinely useful. Allow around four and a half hours; practice facilities and clubhouse dining are excellent.
