About Chase Center
Chase Center seats about 18,064 for Warriors basketball across a compact two-tier bowl of a lower level (low-numbered sections) and an upper level (100- and 200-series sections), plus courtside, theater boxes and premium clubs. It is one of the newest and most amenity-rich arenas in the NBA, with excellent sightlines and a lively but generally less deafening crowd than older barns. Lower-bowl sideline seats are the prime tickets, while the upper level offers the best value with clean views. It hosts the Warriors plus major concerts and events year-round.
Chase Center is the Golden State Warriors' privately built waterfront arena in San Francisco's Mission Bay, opened in 2019 as the anchor of a bayside campus of offices, plazas and restaurants. Basketball
Warriors games use the full bowl of about 18,064, with courtside and lower-level sideline seats the premium tickets and the upper level the value end.
End-stage concert
Concerts place the stage at one end and curtain off seating behind it; the floor is added as GA or reserved rows while the sides of both levels keep good views.
In-the-round concert
Center-stage tours open the full bowl for maximum capacity, with limited or screened views directly behind the stage.

The Muni T Third Line light rail stops right at the arena's Warriors Way and UCSF/Chase Center platforms, and Caltrain's 4th & King station is about a 20-minute walk. Parking is limited and pricey, so Muni, Caltrain, ferry-plus-transit or rideshare are the recommended options.
