Overview

About Bryant-Denny Stadium

Bryant-Denny Stadium is a fully enclosed bowl with upper decks all the way around. Alabama standardised the numbering for the 2026 season: a lower bowl in sections 101 to 142 and an upper bowl in sections 801 to 859, with named club and zone areas at the ends, retiring the old letter scheme (A to N, U1 to U4). The west side is the Alabama home sideline and the shade side, while the east (visitor) side and the end zones take the most afternoon sun. The student section fills the south end; confirm the exact 2026 section numbers on the official chart.

An open-air, fully enclosed rectangular bowl with upper decks on both sidelines and both end zones, on natural grass. The 2006 north end zone project added large end-zone videoboards and wrap-around LED facades, and there are more than 150 climate-controlled skyboxes across the upper levels, with the north end 'Zone' complex anchoring one end. The playing surface was named Saban Field in 2024.
